Public Agency Portal

The Public Agency Portal (PAP) provides system access to Municipalities, Agencies and Authorities that have a secured public-private partnership (PPP) with Metropolis Excavating Incorporated. Through the automated PAP, agencies can electronically communicate with the Metropolis Public Infrastructures Division to:

• Procure Work Orders 
• Post RFP/RFI/IFB Solicitations
• Access Quotes
• Manage Project Documents

Click Register if your agency has not  obtained a username and password for system access. Upon completion of your online registration, an email confirmation will be forwarded to the designated email for verification.
